Gender Policy

At Naipunnya School of Management, we believe that gender equity is fundamental to academic excellence, social justice, and sustainable development. We are committed to creating a campus where every individual—regardless of gender—is treated with dignity, respect, and fairness. Our Gender Equity Policy promotes equal opportunities in education, employment, leadership, and participation while ensuring a safe, inclusive, and discrimination-free environment.

The institution strictly prohibits all forms of gender-based discrimination, harassment, bullying, exploitation, and violence. We foster a culture of mutual respect through awareness programmes, gender sensitization workshops, leadership initiatives, and community engagement activities. Every member of the institution is encouraged to contribute to an environment where diversity is valued and equal opportunities are accessible to all.

To ensure effective implementation of the policy, the institution has established mechanisms such as the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC), Women’s Empowerment Cell, counselling support, and gender awareness programmes. Regular gender audits, self-defence training, mentoring, and continuous monitoring further strengthen our commitment to creating a secure and equitable campus.

Our policy aligns with the Constitution of India, the UGC guidelines, and the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013. We are dedicated to maintaining transparency, accountability, and fairness in all institutional practices.

Through this commitment, Naipunnya School of Management strives to nurture confident, responsible, and socially conscious individuals who respect diversity and contribute to building an equitable society.
